The Sustainable Growth Model© is the diagnostic framework behind the Growth Potential Score.

The model was developed from recurring patterns observed over 25 years years of consultancy work in as many organizations, during business transformations, mergers & acquisitions, innovation, and organizational development work: capable organizations often underperform because critical constraints are not seen, are fragmented, or underexamined.

It helps ensure that the assessment looks beyond individual symptoms and considers the broader factors that influence organizational performance. By assessing maturity across 17 interconnected domains, the model helps leadership identify strengths, potential constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
